My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*My Template #1 HERE

*Font of choice, I used Passions Conflict

*Valentine Mask #18 by Vix HERE or mask of choice

*"For Eternity" PTU kit by DMK Designs available for purchase at Simply Beautiful Scraps & her other stores that are listed on her blog HERE.

*Tube of choice. I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis of MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open my template #1 in PSP. Shift +D to Duplicate it. Close the original.
Select the large circle layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, then open a paper from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Add drop shadow 0,0,88,8. Delete the large circle layer of the template.

Repeat the above step for the small circle using a different paper from the kit.

Click on the heart 1 layer from the template. Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with black, Selections-Select None. Delete the heart 1 layer of the template.

Repeat the above step for the other 2 hearts in the template.

Grab your magic wand, click inside the first heart, Selections-Modify-Expand by 3, copy and paste another paper from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Move the paper layer below the heart layer.

Repeat the above step for the other 2 hearts using the same paper.

Click on the first heart again. Go to Effects-Plug Ins- Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Impact-Chrome. Under the settings tab, click on Black Latex. Don't change any other settings and click ok. Repeat this for the other 2 hearts. Add drop shadow to all of the hearts.

Open the bow from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 50% and then again by 50%. Add drop shadow. Rotate to the right by 10 degrees, place on your first heart like shown in my tag. Duplicate it and mirror it then move that bow onto the next heart. Duplicate the first bow again and move it on to the last heart.

Open the ribbon01 from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it by 50%, drag it below the heart layers and place it on top of the small circle. Add drop shadow.

Open the bracket. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 50% and then again by 85%. Rotate it to the right by 10 degrees. Move it to the bottom right corner like in my tag. Duplicate it and mirror it and then flip it. Add drop shadow to both brackets.

Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas. Add drop shadow.

Open another paper of choice from the kit. Click on your background layer then copy and paste the paper onto your canvas. Open the mask in PSP. Go to Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, choose the mask from the drop down menu, click ok. Right click on the mask layer and merge group.

Add your name and copyright information.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as jpg!
