My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro! Supplies Needed: *Paint Shop Pro *Fonts of choice *Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional) *Eye Candy 4000 Glass *Template #218 by Missy HERE *"With Love" PTU scrap kit by Oopsie Daisy which is available for purchase at Totally Sweet Designs *Tube of choice. I am using the awesome artwork of Anjara which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.
Let's Begin-- Open the template in PSP, hit
Shift+D to duplicate it then close the original. Delete the credit layer. Repeat the above steps for the rest of the rectangles in the template and the circles that are the frame backgrounds. Click on the circle frame layers. Selections-Select All, float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with a matching color, Selections-Select None. Delete the original circle frames layer. Click on the new circle frames layer and go to Eye Candy 4000 Glass and make sure the glass color is the same color of the frames and click ok. While holding down your shift key, click inside each one of the circle frame layers with your magic wand, Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Move the paper layer below the circles. Open the round ribbon frame. Resize as needed, copy and paste it onto your canvas and place it over the large circle frame on the right. Resize and use raster deform tool until the frame fits right over the circle. Add drop shadow. Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your canvas. Resize as needed, make sure the tube is on top of the round ribbon frame layer and position where you want it to appear in the frame . Add drop shadow to the tube. Duplicate the tube and drag it down below the round ribbon frame layer AND the circles frame layer. Close off the top copy of the tube and click on the bottom copy. Use your eraser tool to erase the parts of the tube that are sticking out at the bottom. I also erased the parts of the tube on the right side so you may need to do that depending on what tube you use. Now open back up the top copy of your tube and use your eraser tool to erase the bottom and side parts again right up to the inside edge of the round ribbon frame. This will give it the appearance of being inside the frame. Click on the circle frames layer. Click inside the small circle on the bottom with your magic wand, Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, copy and paste your tube again onto your canvas, Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Mirror your tube, make sure it's below the circle frame layer, add a drop shadow, change the layer properties to luminance legacy. Add a drop shadow to the circles frames layer. Add a few of the glitter doodles from the kit onto your tag behind everything. Add a drop shadow. Add any other elements you would like from the kit. I added a bird sitting in the tube's hand and the could behind the bird. Crop and resize as needed. Add text of choice and name. Add copyright information. Save as jpg!
