My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Animation Shop (optional)

*Filter-DSB Flux Bright Noise (or Noise feature in PSP)

*Font of choice, I used Gwendolyn

* Mask of choice

*"Sophistication" PTU taggers kit by Tina's Magical World which is available for purchase exclusively at Sophisti-Scraps.

*Tube of choice. I used the awesome artwork of Ismael Rac which is available for purchase at AMI. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so!

Note: Some of my Rac tubes are from MPT and some are from AMI. I have a proper license for both but a lot of my Rac tubes from MPT were received as payment for working as a forum moderator at MPT when they opened the forum. Jo from MPT told me that she did not keep any records of what tubes she sent me so I was not able to get the tube exchange from AMI. So you will notice on my site that some of my Rac tubes will use an MPT license and some will use an AMI license.

Let's Begin--

Open a round frame of choice, c/p it onto your canvas, resize as needed. Click inside frame with magic wand, selections-modify-expand by 5, open a paper of choice from the kit, c/p the paper onto your canvas, selection-invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Add a drop shadow to the frame.

Open a double square frame of choice, c/p onto your canvas, resize as needed, position in the middle on top of the other frame, click inside each frame opening with your magic wand, selections-modify-expand by 6, open another paper of choice, c/p the paper onto your canvas, move the paper layer below the frame layer, go back to selections-invert, copy and paste your tubes of choice into the frame openings, selections-invert, hit delete key, selections-select none. Move the tubes below the frame. Add a drop shadow to the tubes and the frame.

Add a few other elements to your tag like a flower doodle, a bottle, martini glass and a heart like shown in my tag. resize them, add drop shadows, and position where you want them.

Open your main tube of choice, c/p it onto your canvas, resize if needed, position and add drop shadow.

Click on your background layer, open a paper of choice, c/p it onto your canvas, apply mask, merge group. Go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur and set the radius at about 7.5

Repeat the above step using the same mask but a different paper and don't add the Gaussian blur.

Crop and resize as needed

Add name and copyright information.

Save as jpg.

If you want to animate it like shown in my tag, then follow these steps.

Click on the martini glass layer. Using your freehand selection tool or your magic wand, select the inside part of the glass then duplicate the glass twice.

Close off the top 2 copies and click on the bottom one, go to DSB Flux Bright Noise and put the number to around 55 and click on mix. Also do this for the other 2 copies but click on mix each time to change it.

Selections-Select None. Make sure the bottom copy of the glass layer is open and the other 2 layers are closed. Right click and copy merged.

Open Animation Shop. Right click and paste as new animation.

Back to PSP, close off the bottom layer, open the next one, copy merged.

Back to AS, right click and paste after current layer.

Back to PSP, close off that layer and open up the top copy. Copy merged.

Open AS, right click and paste after current layer.

Check your animation and if it's all good, then save as gif!
