Thank you for choosing me to do your custom blog designing! This is the order form for my Basic Service :)

Please take the time to read this document entirely because it contains important information about how this process will work and what I will need from you!

Here is what I am going to do for you--
I am going to create a custom blog layout, header, and column headers for your blog. It will be made to your specifications and I will not stop working until it is perfect
for you. 

I will send you the graphics but you will be responsible for setting up the blog and for hosting the images yourself.

This service does not include any custom blinkies or banners.

PLEASE NOTE!!

1. Making these blog layouts can be time consuming. Please keep in mind that it could take some time to complete.
2. In order for me to get the blog layout perfect I will need to have communication with you while I am uploading the blog layout so that you can tell me what it looks like
on your screen. I have noticed that even if someone has the same size screen as me, they get a different view. My goal is to get it to look perfect for you! We can do this by either instant
messenger or e-mail. We will set up a time between each other that is good for both of us.
3. I will make the blog layouts in order of when they were ordered from me. So if there are other orders in front of you that will also cause a delay. I will always keep in contact with
you to let you know the status.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

1. Your name, E-mail address, blog link, and instant messenger name if you have one

2. Your screen size, so I know what size to make the layout!

3. Scrap kit or graphics you want used to create your custom blog design. You can choose one of my scrap kits or I can use one of your scrapkits. I can also use a scrap kit or
graphics from another designer if you have permission from that designer for it to be used for Scraps for Hire and for the kit to be sent to me. I will need proof of the permission before
I will start on your blog. I CANNOT use any licensed art tubes whether they are PTU or FTU because using that art in anything for profit is against all TOU!

4. The text that you want on your header and if you want a specific font, let me know. If I have the font, I will use it. If I don't have it and it's a free font then I will need you to send it to 
me or tell me where I can get it. If it's a paid font I will use it if I have it but you cannot send me paid fonts.

5. Tell me if there are any specific elements you want used or any other special instructions. The more information you give me, the easier it will be for me to make your blog 
layout exactly the way you want it to be.
