Thank you for purchasing a custom blinkie or banner from me. Please read this form entirely because it contains important information that I need for your order. I do orders in the order 
that they were received. I try my best to get them done quickly but sometimes things happen and I may not be able to get them done so quickly. I will however keep in contact with you 
always!

What I need from you:

1. Contact information such as e-mail address and also links to your blog or websites in which the blinkie/banner will be placed.

2. Scrap kit or graphics to be used for the blinkie/or banner. You can choose from any of my scrapkits or I can use yours if you are a designer. I can also use scraps from other designers as \
long as you are given permission or they are ok for Scraps for Hire. You will be responsible for sending me any kits that you want used for the blinkie unless you choose one of my kits. 
I cannot use PTU or FTU licensed art (psp tubes) because it is against TOU so please don't ask.

3. Let me know what you want your blinkie/banner to say, any specific elements or effects you want on your blinkie/banner, and if there is a specific font you want used. 

4. Be sure to specify whether it's a 150X0 blinkie or a 465X60 banner.
