*Tag Template #81 by Ali of Designz by Ali HERE *Word art template #23 by Missy of Divine Intentionz HERE *"Delicate" exclusive PTU kit by Clarey HERE *2 tubes or image close-ups of choice. I used the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased from MPT. Please do not use the same tubes unless you have the proper license to do so. Open the tag template. Shift + D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete the top layer with the credit information. Add a new raster layer. Drag it to the very bottom. Flood fill with white. Open a patterned paper of choice from the kit. Select the Circle 3 layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, copy and paste the paper onto your canvas. Then go to Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Then delete the original Circle 3 layer. Open 2 more patterned papers of choice from the kit. Repeat the same steps above for the Circle 2 layer and Circle 1 layer. Open a solid color paper of choice from the kit. Repeat the steps above for Frame 1. Now, open one of your close-ups or tubes. Select one of the paper squares and do Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, copy and paste your image or tube and resize if needed, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Repeat the above step with your other close-up or tube on the other paper square. Minimize this tag for now. Open the word art template in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete the copyright info layer. Select the large heart layer. Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, choose a different paper from the kit that you have not use and copy and paste it, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Repeat this step for the small heart using another different paper. Delete the original heart layers from the template. Delete the original LOVE template layer. Select the Large heart layer. Go to Effects-3D effects-Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow. Change the glow width to 3, click the color tab and select FAT. Click ok. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to the Large heart layer, the LOVE words layer, and the small heart layer. Delete the white background layer. Duplicate the black words layer a couple of times to make them a little darker. Close off your large heart layer, small heart layer and LOVE words layer, then merge the black words layers visible. Open back all of your layers. Add the drop shadow to your black words layer. Go back to your tag. Edit-Paste as new layer. Place the word art where you would like it. Open a doodle of choice from the kit and copy/paste it onto your background of your tag. Add any other elements of choice from the kit. Add the drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to all of the chrome layers, the square paper layers, the doodle layer, and to your elements. Add your name and copyright information. Crop and resize as needed. Save as jpg.
