My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow & Glass

*Font of choice

*Mask of choice

*Tag Template 173 by Missy of Divine Intentionz HERE

*"Dress Me Up" PTU Tag kit by Laura of Cinnamon Scraps, available for purchase from Sophisti-Scraps HERE. Please visit Laura's blog HERE.

*Tube of choice. I used the gorgeous artwork of Keith Garvey which can be purchased from MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open a 650 X 650 White Canvas.

Open the template in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete the credits layer. Go to Image-Canvas size, change the numbers to 650 X 650 and click ok. You will probably need to click on the background layer and flood fill with white.

Click on the rectangle layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Delete the original rectangle layer.

Repeat the above step for the background rectangle and the frame. Click on the frame layer then go to Effects-3D Effects-Plugins-Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow. Change the glow width to 3, then click on the color tab and click on fat, click ok.

Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to the large rectangle layer, and the frame layer.

Click on the top bracket layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with a matching color, Selections-Select None. Delete the original bracket layer. Go to Effects-3D Effects-Plugins-Eye Candy 4000-Glass. Use the default settings but change the glass color to the same color as the bracket then click ok. Add drop shadow. Repeat these steps for the other bracket.

Open the bling from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by about 70%, drag it down on top of the rectangle in the back, use your raster deform tool to push it in to fit on top of the rectangle. Add drop shadow.

Open the black lace frame from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 85%, add drop shadow, and drag it down to right above the bling.

Open the beaded spiral, copy and paste it onto your canvas, drag it below the brackets layers and add drop shadow. Move it over slightly to the left.

Open the hanging charm from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by about 60%, add a drop shadow, mirror it and move it to the right hand side.

Open a bow of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 40%, add drop shadow, and move it on top of the top part of the hanging charm.

Open one of the diamonds from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it down by about 40%, add a drop shadow, and place somewhere on your tag. Duplicate and add a couple more in random places on the tag. You could even rotate them in different directions.

Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your canvas. Add drop shadow.

Add any other elements from the kit that you wish.

Crop and resize the tag as needed.

Open the mask in PSP. Go back to your tag canvas. Copy and paste a paper of choice into your canvas. Go to Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, choose the mask from the drop down menu and click ok. Right click on the mask layers and choose merge group. I applied the mask a second time with a different paper then moved it a bit. See my tag for reference.

Add text of choice, name, and copyright information.
