Gift of Love
My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro! Supplies Needed: *Paint Shop Pro *Font of choice *Tube of Choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Keith Garvey which is available for purchase MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so. Open a 650 X 650 White canvas. Open the black frame. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize the frame by 80%. Click inside the frame with your magic wand. Selections-Modify-Expand by 3. Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit onto your canvas. Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the frame layer. Add the blinds effect to your paper if you choose to. Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to your tube. Duplicate the tube and move the original below the frame layer. Close off the top copy of your tube and make the bottom copy of your tube active. Use your eraser tool to erase the parts of the tube that are sticking out of the bottom of the frame. Open back up your top copy of your tube and make it active. Erase the bottom parts of the tube again only this time keep going up to the edge of the frame so that it looks like the tube is BEHIND the frame. Open the envelope frame. Copy and paste it onto your canvas and resize it by 35%. Move it to the bottom right side of your tag and rotate it slightly to the right using your raster deform tool. Click inside the frame part of the envelope. Selections-modify-expand by 3. Copy and paste a different paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the envelope frame. Open one of the flowers of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas and resize it by 45%. Position it on the envelope frame, rotate slightly to the right and add drop shadow. Duplicate it and move the original underneath the frame. Follow the same steps that we used for the main tube, making the flowers look like they are tucked inside the envelope. Add a drop shadow to the envelope frame. Add a couple more elements of choice to the bottom left hand side of the tag. Open one of the tags from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it by 75% and add drop shadow. Add any text you wish to add. Open a bow of choice from the kit. Resize it by about 70-80% depending on how you want it to look. Place it on top of the tag, use my tag as a reference. Add drop shadow. Make your background layer active. Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit. Open the mask into PSP. Apply the mask to the paper layer. Merge group. Add your artist copyright information and name. Crop and resize if needed. Save as jpg. and you are done!
