Glamorous

My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Animation Shop

*Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

*DSB Flux bright noise

*Princess BV dingbat font HERE

*2 scrap papers of choice

*Mask of Choice

*Font of Choice

*1 tube of choice. I used the beautiful artwork of Alice Terrano available for purchase at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so!

Let's Begin!

Open a 550 X 550 white canvas

For this to look best, you will need to have 2 scrap papers that match your tube or you can colorize them to match. One need to be a light color and one needs to
be a darker color.

Set your foreground color to pattern and choose your darker colored paper. Background Null. Grab your preset shape ellipse tool, size 30, and draw out a large circle-use my tag as a size reference. Objects-Align-Center in canvas. Convert to raster layer.

Change your foreground color to a solid light color from your tube.

Go to selections-select all, selections-float, selections-defloat, selections-modify-expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with your lighter color. Selections-Select None. Move the lighter color circle underneath the darker circle.

Add a drop shadow to the lighter colored circle of 1,1,60,7

Set your foreground color to pattern and choose your lighter colored paper. Background Null. Using your preset shape ellipse tool again with the same width, draw out a smaller circle to fit inside the bigger circle. Objects-align-center in canvas.

Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, Modify-Expand by 5. Add a new raster layer. Flood fill with a darker solid color from your tube. Selections-Select None. Move this layer below the lighter colored paper circle. Add a drop shadow to the darker colored circle.

Open the font Princess BV and minimize it, or you can install the font in your windows folder.

Set your foreground color to your darker color from your tube and your background color to your lighter color from your tube. Grab your Text tool, choose the Princess BV font, size 150, stroke 1, type a Capital K. (you should have the lips) Go to Objects-Align-Center in Canvas. Convert to raster Layer, add drop shadow we have been using.

Copy/Paste your tube. Resize and position as needed. Add drop shadow.

Set your Foreground to Null and your background to a light color from your tube.

Grab your font tool, size 72, and with the Princess BV font, choose a few of the items from the font

Add a gradient glow changing only the Glow Width to 3 and the color to white. Add this gradient glow to each font item and add drop shadow.

Add text of choice.

Add your name and copyright information.

You can leave it like this if you want, or you can add the animation.

Animation:

First, duplicate the bottom large circle, the bottom small circle, and the lips layer 3 times.

Close out the top two duplicates of all of those layers and keep the original layers open. Select the original bottom large circle layer. Go to DSB Flux, Bright Noise-Intensity 35, mix selected, press ok. Add the same DSB Flux Bright Noise settings to the original bottom small circle layer and the original lips layer.

Close those 3 layers out and open the first copy of those 3 layers..

Making each one active one at a time, Follow the same steps but click the mix dot once before clicking ok. Close out the layers you just applied the bright noise too and open the last copies of each of the 3 layers we are adding noise to.

Making each layer active one at a time, add the same noise to them but click the mix dot twice. You should not have 3 layers of the bottom large circle with noise, 3 layers of the bottom small circle with noise, and 3 layers of the lips with noise.

Open up Animation Shop.

Back in PSP Close out your top 2 layers of the larger noised circle, the top 2 layers of the smaller noised circle, and the top two layers of the lips.

Go to Edit-Copy Merged

Go to AS, Paste as new Animation.

Back to PSP, Close out the bottom layers of all 3 of the noised items and open the middle layers of all three. Make sure the top layer is still close out as well.

Edit-Copy Merged

Go to AS, paste after current frame.

Back to PSP, close off the middle layers of all three noised items and open up the top layers.

Edit-Copy Merged

Go to AS, paste after current frame.

Click the run animation button to check your animation.

Save as gif and you are all done!!
