Happily Ever After
My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!
Supplies Needed: *Paint Shop Pro *Animation Shop *DSB Flux Bright Noise *"Cinderella" PTU scrap kit by Cora's Creations which is available for purchase at Totally Sweet Designs HERE *Font of Choice *heart pre-set shape *Supplies HERE (includes castle, clouds, and heart template all made by me--not to be shared--for PU only) *Tube of choice. I used the beautiful artwork of Elias Chatzoudis, which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube without the proper license. Let's Begin-- Open a 700 X 650 white canvas. Open the heart template I provided. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. With that layer selected in your layers palette, go to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, open a paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Go to Selections-Invert, then hit your delete key. Selections-Select None. Delete the heart template layer. Duplicate the heart layer. Rotate it to the left by 25 degrees. Duplicate the heart you just rotated then go to Image-Mirror. Use your freehand Selection tool to select around the hearts, then open another paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, Go to selections-invert, hit your delete key. Selections-select none. Move the paper layers below the heart layers. Now close off your background layer and merge visible the heart and paper hearts, then open your background back up. Move the merged layer up a little bit towards the top. You should now have something that looks like this (it doesn't have to look exactly like mine)--
Open the clouds I provided in PSP. Copy and paste them onto your canvas. Move them down a little bit to the bottom of your canvas then move the clouds layer behind your merged hearts layer. It should look like this--
Open the castle I provided in PSP. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 60%, then movie it slightly to the right side. Add drop shadow of 0,0,55,5. Click on your clouds layer, duplicate it, then drag it above the castle layer. Use your eraser tool with a hardness of 10 to erase most of the duplicated cloud except for the parts that are covering the bottom of the castle. You should make it look like this--
Open your tube of choice in PSP. Copy and paste it onto your canvas and place it slightly to the left. Resize if needed and add drop shadow. Open the beaded swirl in PSP. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 65%. Rotate and move the swirl around to where you would like it to be, move it behind the castle. Duplicate it a couple of times and move it around in different places. See my tag for reference. Now close all of your layers except the beaded swirls and merge visible. Open all of the layers back up. Duplicate the beaded swirls layer twice. Close off the two top copies and click on the original. Go to DSB Flux Bright Noise, change the number to 75 and make sure "mix" is selected. Close off the original layer and open the next layer. Go back to DSB Flux Bright Noise and click on mix once. Close off that layer and open up the last layer and go back to DSB Flux and click mix twice. Now close the top 2 layers and keep the original one open for now. Add any other elements you wish to add from the kit. I added one of the bows and the star from the kit. See my tag for reference. Crop and resize the tag as needed. Add name and copyright information. Right click and copy merged. Open Animation Shop. Right click and paste as new animation. Go back to PSP. Close off the original beaded swirl layer and open up the next one. Copy merged. Go back to Animation Shop and paste after current frame. Go back to PSP, close off that beaded swirl layer and open up the last one. Copy merged. Go back to Animation Shop, paste after current frame. Play your animation to check it and if you are happy with it, then save as gif!
