Loved

My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Animation Shop

*Font of choice, I used Passions Conflict

*Xenofex 2 Constellation

*Xero Fritillary

*Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow

*"All About Love" PTU kit by Cinnamon Scraps available for purchase at Sophisti-Scraps HERE. Visit her blog HERE

*Tube of choice. I used the gorgeous artwork of Keith Garvey which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open a 600 X 600 White Canvas.

Set your foreground and background to a color of your choice from the kit or your tube.

Grab your ellipse tool and draw out a large circle, go to Objects-Align-Center In Canvas, then convert to raster layer.

Duplicate the circle and close off the bottom circle. Duplicate it again then resize the duplicate by 90%. Make sure the smaller circle layer is selected and go to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, now click on the larger circle layer and hit your delete key. Selections, Select None. Now delete the smaller circle layer. You should be left with a large outline circle instead of a solid filled circle.

Duplicate it and resize it by 80%. Duplicate the smaller one and resize it by 80%. Repeat this until you have 4 circles.

Close off the background layer and you should still have your original large circle closed off also, and merge visible the outline circles. With the now merged circles layer selected, go to Effects-Plug Ins-DSB Flux-Bright Noise, put it on Mix and change the number to 55 then click ok. Now to to Effects-Plug Ins-Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow, Change the top number to 3 then click on the color tab and choose fat, click ok. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8. Open all of your layers. You should have something that looks like this:

Now click on your large solid circle layer. Go to Effects-PlugIns-Xero-Fritillary with these settings:

Click Ok. Now Duplicate it twice. Close off the top 2 copies and click on the bottom one. Go to Effects-Plugins-Xenofex 2-Constellation. Click on settings and choose small star constellation and these settings below:

Click ok. Close off that layer and open up the next layer. Go back to the plug in and change nothing but click random seed. Click Ok.

Close off that layer and open up the last layer and repeat and click random seed again.

Now close off the top 2 and keep the bottom one open for now.

Open one of the bow wraps of choice. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize by about 70% and use your warped brush tool to push it closer to the edges of the circle. Add drop shadow.

Open an element of choice, I chose the pink beaded heart. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by about 30%, add drop shadow and place it along the side of the circle. Duplicate it several times and place them around the circle edge like shown in my tag. I also added a flower on top of my hearts but you don't have to do that unless you want to.

Now copy and paste your tube of choice onto your canvas. Add drop shadow.

Open a doodle of choice from the kit, click on your background layer, copy and paste the doodle onto your canvas, resize if needed and place it where you want it. The duplicate it and then Image-Mirror, then Image-Flip. Add drop shadow.

Add your name and copyright information. Crop and resize if needed.

Double check to make sure that you have the top 2 copies of your bottom circle layer closed off (the ones that we added Constellation to). Copy merged.

Open Animation Shop, paste as new animation.

Back to PSP, close that layer and open the next circle layer, copy merged. Back to AS, paste after current frame.

Back to PSP, close that layer and open the last layer, copy merged, back to AS, paste after current frame. Play your animation to check it, then save as gif!
