*Eye Candy 4000- Glass

*Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow- optional

*Font of Choice, I used Care Bear Family HERE and Freestyle Script that was included with my PSP.

*Template 2 freebie by Lisa of Frosted Illusions HERE. Please be sure to leave her a comment when downloading to let her know we appreciate her hard work and generosity in offer things like this with us for free.

*"Sweet Cheeks" PTU scrap kit by Sarah of Pimp My Tags w/ Scraps HERE

*Pen element from "Express Yourself" scrap kit by Ronna Penner available as a freebie at Shabby Princess. You can find it under downloads.

* Tube of Choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Keith Garvey which is available for purchase at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open the template in PSP. Duplicate it by hitting Shift+D. Close the original. Delete the first layer with the credits.

Open a paper of choice from the kit. Set it to your foreground color as a pattern, background null.

Click on the Thin Grey Strips layer. Go to Selections-Select All. Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill the selected areas with your paper, Selections-Select None. Delete the Thin Grey Strips Layer.

Click on the Wide Grey Strips layer. Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill the selected area with the same paper, Selections-Select None. Delete the Wide Grey Strips layer.

Click on the Grey Rectangle layer. Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with the same paper, Selections-None, delete Grey Rectangle layer.

You may be able to follow the pattern now, lol!

Do the steps above for the black heart (Inner 1, 2 & 3) with a different paper than you were using but use the same paper for all 3 hearts.

Do the steps above for the black strip layer using a different paper than the other 2 you have used.

Do the same steps as above for the Heart Frames 1, 2, & 3 except this time flood fill them with a color to match your tube. Apply the blinds effect with these settings:

Width:2
Opacity:50
Color: White
Horizontal Checked

Following the steps above, flood fill the Dottie Lines layer with the same color. Unfortunately, I was not able to figure out an easy way to do this. I just zoomed in on them and clicked in each individual dot to flood fill it. Perhaps you can figure out an easier way to do it and if you do, let me know :)

Do the same thing with the upper and lower hearts layers, flood filling with the same color. Add the blinds effect to these with the same settings except uncheck horizontal.

Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to all of the layers except the big heart layers in the middle that were black in the template, but make sure you do add one to the heart frames around them.

Click on one of the big hearts in the middle. Go to Eye Candy 4000-Glass. Change the Glass color to the same color you were using that matches your tube, then apply without changing any other settings. Apply this effect to the other 2 hearts as well.

Open a flower of choice from the scrap kit. Resize it to about 30%. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Place it along the top corners of the template. See my tag for reference. Duplicate it twice and move them over a little until you have a row of 3 flowers. Do the same thing for the bottom opposite corner. Add drop shadows to all of the flowers.

Next, I cropped around the edges of the template leaving only a small amount of white. Then I resized all layers by 95%. Then I went to Image-Canvas Size, and changed it to 700X700. Then I flood filled the background layer with white. This is all optional I just did this to make the template a little smaller but the canvas a little bigger for adding the rest.

Open the notepaper from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize by 50%. I also used my selection tool to cut a little off the side to make it less wide. Add drop shadow. Free rotate to the left by 10%.

Open one of the folded flowers from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize by about 45%. Move it over on the top of the paper to make it look like it's clipped onto the paper. Add a drop shadow.

Add any text you wish to add on the letter. You will need to rotate it to the left by 10% and make it a small size depending on the font you used so that it looks like it was written on the paper. I used Freestyle script size 26.

Add a kiss brush or tube to the top of the letter.

Open the pen from the other kit. Copy and paste onto your canvas. Resize it by 17%. Colorize if needed, add a drop shadow, move it to the side of the letter.

Add your tube of choice. Resize if needed, place to the right. Add a drop shadow of 2,2,88,8 and then add a drop shadow of -2,-2,88,8.

Open a different paper from the scrap kit that you didn't use earlier. With your background layer selected, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Apply your round misty mask of choice. Merge group.

With the mask layer selected, go to Effects-Distortion Effects-Pixelate with both numbers set to 10. Then, go to Adjust-Sharpness-Sharpen, and repeat it once.

Add your name and copyright information. I added the Glass filter to the name and then added a gradient glow as well. You can do this if you wish or leave it like it is.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as jpg!
