My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop
Pro!
Supplies Needed:
*Paint
Shop Pro
*lips print or "kiss"
brush of choice
*heart preset shape
(should have one that came with PSP)
*Eye Candy 4000
Gradient Glow
*Font
of choice, I used Passions Conflict with is a paid font and I cannot supply it
*"Forever Friends" PTU kit by Designs by Ali available for purchase at Simply Beautiful Scraps HERE or her other stores that are listed on her blog. Visit her blog HERE
*Tube
of choice. I used the sexy artwork of Ismael Rac which can be
purchased at AMI. Please do not use the
same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.
**Note** All of my Ismael Rac tubes were purchased from MPT so they have an MPT license number on the tags. I have not purchased any of his tubes from AMI so I do not have a license to exchange.
Let's Begin--
Open a 600 X 600 White Canvas.
Open the doodle frame from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize
it by 85% and rotate it to the right by 90 degrees. Click inside the frame with
your magic wand, go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 3, open a paper of choice
from the kit, copy and paste the paper onto your canvas, go to
Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the frame layer.
Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to the frame.
Open a bracket frame of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas.
Resize it by 70% and rotate it to the right by 25 degrees. Click inside it with
your magic wand, go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 3, open another paper of
choice from the kit and copy and paste it onto your canvas, go to
Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the bracket frame
layer.
Open your tube of choice. Copy and paste it onto your canvas and resize it if
needed. Position it to fit in the bracket frame. Duplicate your tube and move
the original tube below the bracket frame. Close off the top tube. Click on the
bottom tube and use your eraser tool to erase the parts of the tube that are
sticking out of the bottom of the frame. Open back up your top tube and click on
it. Add drop shadow. Now use your eraser tool to erase the bottom parts of the
tube all the way up to the inside edge of the frame.
Add drop shadow to the bracket frame.
Open a word art of choice. Copy and paste it onto your canvas and resize it if
needed. Go to Effects-Plugins-Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow and on the top number
change it to 3 then click on the color tab, click on FAT, and click ok. Go back
to Gradient Glow, click on the color tab, change the color in the little box and
play around with the slider settings until you get a nice color glow. Add drop
shadow to the word art.
Open a flower of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it by 20%,
add drop shadow, and place it on the top right hand corner of the doodle frame,
see my tag for reference.
Open a heart button of choice. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by
20% and add drop shadow. Place it along the right side of the frame underneath
the flower.
Open another flower and repeat the step above and place it underneath the button
heart.
Duplicate the button heart and move it down below the flower. Add another flower
in the same way underneath the second button heart.
Open a notepad of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas,
resize it by 35%, rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Add drop shadow. Add your
name on the notepad and add the fat white gradient glow and drop shadow to your
name.
Grab your preset shape tool and set it to a heart shape. Change your foreground
and background colors to a color of choice. Draw out a small heart on your
canvas and convert to raster layer. Duplicate it a couple of times and move them
in different spots on your tag and rotate them in different directions. Add drop
shadow. You can place other smaller hearts on top of them using your preset
shape tool again and different colors from your tag like I did, see my tag for
reference.
Use a lips brush of choice and place a few around on your tag like shown in
mine.
Crop and resize if needed.
