Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*"Girls On Film" PTU scrap kit by TammyKat which is available for purchase at Pimp My Tags  HERE

*Font of Choice

*heart pre-set shape

*Word art or text of choice

*Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional)

*Mask of choice

**I used the beautiful artwork of Sonia Roji, which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube without the proper license.

Let's Begin--

Open a 600 X 550 white canvas.

Set your foreground color to black, background null. Grab your preset shape tool, set to heart, width 15, and draw out a large heart. Objects-Align-center in canvas. Convert to raster layer.

Open a paper of choice from the scrap kit. Resize the paper. Go back to your canvas and click inside the heart with your magic wand. Selections-Modify-Expand by 3, copy and paste your paper onto your canvas. Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the heart layer.

Open the lace border from the kit. Copy it and paste it onto your canvas and drag it below the heart layer. Position it to the middle of your heart and then erase the excess lace that is outside of the heart.

Choose a different paper from the kit. Resize it. Go back to your canvas and using your freehand selection tool, select the bottom half of the heart. Copy and Paste your paper onto the canvas, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Drag this paper layer below the lace layer. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,77,7 to the lace layer and the heart layer. Close your background, merge the layers visible, open your background layer.

Add your tube, resize if needed and position it in the middle. Add a drop shadow of 2,2,88,8 to your tube.

Add any other embellishments of choice to the tag, and add the drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to them.

Add your text or word art of choice and your name. I added a slight white gradient glow to each of them to make them stand out and added the same drop shadow.

Add your artist copyright.

Add a new raster layer, flood fill it with a color of your choice from your tag. Apply a mask of choice to this layer and merge group.

Crop and resize if needed. Save!
