No 1 Elias Fan
My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!
*Animation Shop (optional) *Font of Choice, I used Mistral *Tag Template #62 by Missy HERE *Elias Fan buttons by Missy HERE *"Sweet Inspiration" freebie kit by Bluedream Designs HERE. Please remember to leave a comment saying thank you :) *4 tubes of choice from the same artist. I am using the awesome artwork of Elias Chatzoudis which can be purchased from MPT. Please do not use the same tubes unless you have the proper license to do so. Open the template in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate it, and close the original. Delete the top copyright information layer. Select circle1 layer. Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat Open a paper of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto the canvas. Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Delete the circle1 layer. Add drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to the circle paper layer you just added. Repeat the above step for cicrle2 layer using a different paper from the kit. Do the same thing again to the frame background layer, using a different paper, but don't add the drop shadow to it. Select the frames layer. Grab your magic wand and click inside the top square. Selections-Modify-expand by 2. Copy and paste a tube onto the canvas and position inside of the selection. Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Make sure the tube is below the frames layer. Add drop shadow to the tube. Repeat the above step for the other 2 squares using a different tube for each square. Use my tag as a reference. Add a couple of doodles from the kit behind the big circle. Add any other embellishments you wish to add to the kit. Open your main tube, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize & position as needed. Add drop shadow. Add one of the Elias Fan buttons by Missy onto your tag somewhere! Add your name and copyright information. Crop and resize if needed. You can save it like this as jpg. If you wish to animate then follow the steps below: Open Animation Shop. Go to PSP, copy merged, go to AS, paste as new animation. Go back to PSP. Using your move tool, move the tube in the top square to the middle square. Move the tube in the middle square to the bottom square, and move the tube in the bottom square to the top square. Copy merged. Back to AS, paste after current frame. Back to PSP. Move the tube in the middle square down to the bottom square, move the tube in the bottom square up to the top square, and move the tube in the top square down to the middle square. Back to AS, paste after current frame. Click on the first frame and go to Edit, Select All. Go to Animation-Frame properties, and change the number to 50. Play your animation to see if it works right. Save as gif!
