My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Font of choice

*Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow (optional)

*DSB Flux Bright Noise

*Template #178 by Missy HERE

*Vix Mask 186 HERE

*"Mint Chocca Latte" PTU scrap kit by Twinky which is available for purchase at  Stargazer Scraps  and Totally Sweet Designs

*Tube of choice. I am using the awesome artwork of Tyson McAdoo which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open the template in PSP, hit Shift+D to duplicate it then close the original. Delete the credit layer.

Click on rectangle1. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, open a paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, go to Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Delete the original rectangle1 layer. Add drop shadow to the new layer you just made.

Repeat the above steps for the other rectangle and the circle layer of the template.

Click on the filmstrip layer, while holding down your shift key click inside each opening of the filmstrip, go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, open another paper of choice from the kit, go to Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the paper layer below the filmstrip layer.

Click on the filmstrip layer again, click inside the first opening with your magic wand, go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, open a tube of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, position it where you want the tube part to show inside the frame, go to Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Make sure the tube layer is below the filmstrip layer. Add drop shadow to the tube then change the layer properties to luminance legacy.

Repeat the above steps for the other 2 openings in the filmstrip. Add a drop shadow to the filmstrip.

Open your main tube of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, position it where you want it, add a drop shadow.

Open one of the swirls from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it down if needed, add drop shadow, move this layer behind everything but on top of the thin rectangle layer, see my tag for reference.

Click on the words layer of the template, go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with a matching color, Selections-Select None. Delete original words layer. Go to Effects-PlugIns-DSB Flux-Bright Noise, change the number to 75 and make sure monochrome is selected then click ok. Now add a fat white gradient glow, width 3, then add drop shadow.

Click on the background layer. Open another paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Open the mask in PSP, go to Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image, choose the mask from the drop down menu and click ok, then right click on the mask layer in your layers palette and click merge group.

Crop and resize as needed.
