Santa Baby

My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Font of choice, I used Black Chancery

*"Santa Baby" lyrics scroll made by me HERE

("Santa Baby" lyrics by Joan Javits & Philip Springer)

*"Xmas Night" PTU scrap kit by Yarrow which is available for purchase from Digital Chaos.  Please visit her blog HERE.

*Tube or image of choice. I am using the sexy artwork of Ismael Rac which is available for purchase from MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open a 700 X 700 white canvas.

Open the round from from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Click inside the frame with your magic wand, Selections-Modify-Expand by 3. Copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move paper layer below frame layer.

Make your paper layer active, copy and paste your close up onto your canvas. Use your eraser tool to erase the parts that are sticking out of the frame. Add drop shadow to your close up, change opacity to about 55%. Add drop shadow to your frame.

Open the baubles from the kit, reside each one by 40%, place the along the top of the frame as I have shown in my tag, add a drop shadow to each one. Open a bow of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it by 40%, add drop shadow, move it on top of the bauble like shown in my tag, duplicate it and move on top of the other baubles until each one has a bow.

Open my Santa Baby lyrics scroll, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize by 80%, rotate slightly to the right, add drop shadow, place it on the bottom right hand side, see my tag for reference.

Add your tube of choice, resize if needed, add drop shadow.

Add a couple of the ivy's on top of the background layer.

Add your name and copyright information.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as jpg!
