Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Font of choice

*Mask 109 by Vix on her website HERE

*Tube of choice. I used the awesome artwork of Disdane which is available for purchase from MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the license to do so!

Let's Begin--

Open a 600 X 600 White Canvas.

Open a paper of choice from the kit. Set it as a pattern in your foreground color, set background to null.

Click on your ellipse tool, change the width to 30, and draw out a large circle on your canvas. Go to objects-align-center in canvas then convert to raster layer.

Open 2 of the star elements from the scrap kit. Copy and paste one of them onto your canvas. Resize it by 25%, add a drop shadow, place it somewhere along on top of the circle. Repeat this step with the other star and then you will duplicate them and place them all around the circle until you have something that looks like this:



Copy and paste your tube of choice onto your canvas. Add a drop shadow. Duplicate it and move the original below the circle layer. Close off the top copy of your tube and click on the bottom copy. Use your eraser tool to erase the parts of the tube that are sticking out below the circle. Open the top copy of your tube and click on it. Use your eraser tool again to erase the bottom part of your tube all the way up to the circle making it appear as if it's behind the circle.

Open one of the foil hearts from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 20%, rotate it to the left by 15 degrees. Add a drop shadow. Place it somewhere on the top left side of your tube like shown in my tag or place it where you want it.

Open one of the heart elements from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 35%, rotate it to the left by 15 degrees, place it on top of your foil heart, add a drop shadow, merge those 2 layers by choosing merge down or closing off every other layer and choosing merge visible.

Duplicate the merged heart layer. Image-Mirror and place it on the right hand side somewhere.

Open one of the foil stars, copy and paste it onto your canvas. Drag it to the very bottom but on top of your background layer. Resize by about 80-90% depending on how big your circle is. Add a drop shadow.

Click on your background layer, open another paper of choice from the scrap kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, open the mask in PSP, go to Layers-New Mask Layer- From image, choose the mask from the drop down menu and make sure the invert selection is NOT checked. Merge group.

Add your name or text of choice.

Add copyright information.

Crop and resize if needed.

Save as jpg!
