My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro! Let's Begin-- Open template in PSP. Shift +D to duplicate it. Delete the credits layer. Close the original. Resize the template down by 80%. Click on the large rectangle layer in the template. Do to Selections-Select All, Selections-Float, Selections-Defloat, open a paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste the paper onto your canvas, go to Selections-Invert, then hit the delete key. Delete the original template layer. Open your image or tube of choice. Resize it down as needed. Click on the large rectangle layer that you just made with the paper from the kit, go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, copy and paste the image of choice onto the canvas and position the image where you want it (see my tag for reference-on the right hand side you see the image a little it), go to Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Click on the image layer, change the layer properties to luminance legacy and lose the opacity to about 75. Merge down the image layer and the rectangle layer. Select the smaller square layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, open another paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste the paper onto your layer, go to Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Delete the original template layer. Click on the square paper layer that you just made, go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, open your image again and resize it down smaller than it was before, copy and paste it onto your canvas and position it to how you want it showing in the square, then go to Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Change the image layer properties to luminance legacy. Optional--Go to Effects-Plug Ins-Xero, Radiance and play around with the settings until you get an effect that you want. Different settings are required for different images depending on the color and lighting on the image. Once you find a look that you like click ok. Merge down the image layer and the small square layer. Click on the white frame layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with black or another color of choice to match, Sections-Select None. Delete the original small square frame layer. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 on the frame layer. Open one of the glitter trails of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize down if needed, drag the layers down until they are right on top of the large rectangle layer. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,55,5 and place it along the bottom. Duplicate it then flip it and move it if needed along the top of the rectangle, see my tag for reference. Open a word art of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize as needed, add drop shadow, and place in the bottom right hand area of the large rectangle. Using a font of choice, put the letters for "True Love" into the small circles of the template or any words of your choice that will fit. If you want to make the glitter dotted line around the large rectangle then all you have to do is zoom in by like 200%, Click on that layer, go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, add a new raster layer, then flood fill each square with a gold yellow/orange type color or gradient (or another color of choice) then once you are done with that go to Selections-Select None. Zoom back out to 100%, delete the original template layer, go to DSB Flux Bright Noise, change the number to 75 and click ok. Crop and resize as needed. Add your name and copyright information. Save as png!
