My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro!

Supplies Needed:

*Paint Shop Pro

*Font of choice

*Tag Template 4 by Me HERE

*Xero-Fritillary plug-in (not required)

*"Her Highschool Years" Mega Kit by Sarah of Pimp My Tags W/ Scraps which can be purchased HERE

*4 Tubes of choice. I used the gorgeous artwork of Jose A Cano which can be purchased at MPT. Please do not use the same tube unless you have the proper license to do so.

Let's Begin--

Open the template in PSP. Shift+D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete the credit layer.

Click on the large circle layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, copy and paste a paper of choice from the kit, selections invert, hit delete key, selections, select none. Delete the original circle layer from the template. Click on the circle layer and go to Adjust-Blur-Gaussian Blur and change the radius to 15. Go to Effects-Texture Effects-Blinds and use these settings:

Width: 4

Opacity: 16

Color: Black

Horizontal and Light from Left/Top both checked

Click on the large rectangle. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, Copy and paste another paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select none. Delete the original rectangle layer from the template. Click on the new rectangle and go to Effects-3D Effects-PlugIns-Xero-Fritillary and only change the variation to about 27 and click ok.

Click on the rounded rectangles layer. Go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, copy and paste a different paper of choice from the kit, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Selections-Select None. Delete original template layer. Click on the rounded rectangles layer and go to Effects-Plugins-Eye Candy 4000-Gradient Glow. Change the glow width to 3, click on the color tab and choose Fat, click ok. Add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8.

Repeat the above step for the thin rectangles.

Repeat the above step for the small circles but don't apply the gradient glow or drop shadow.

Click on your small circles layer, go to Selections-Select All, Float, Defloat, open a tube of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, position it where you want it to show in one of the circles and resize if needed, Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Add a drop shadow to the tube. Repeat this for the other 2 circles using different tubes for each one.

Open one of the round frames from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it to about 35%, add a drop shadow, and place it on top of one of the circles and tubes. Duplicate it and move the duplicate to another circle and do that again for the last circle.

Open your main tube of choice from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, add a drop shadow, resize if needed, place it in the middle and then drag that layer below the middle circle layer, see my tag for reference.

Open a word art of choice, copy and paste it onto your canvas, resize it down to about 40%, add drop shadow and place where you wish. Add another one in another spot on your tag.

Add a couple of gel pen doodles from the kit. Add drop shadows.

Add any other elements from the kit that you wish to add.

Add your name and text of choice.

Crop and resize as needed.

Add copyright information.

Save as jpg!
