Wolf Pack
My tutorials require a working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro! Supplies Needed: *Paint Shop Pro *Font of choice *"Jacob" PTU scrap kit by Cora's Creations which is available for purchase at Sophisti-Scraps HERE *4 Tubes or images of choice. I am using the artwork of the very talented khaosdog. Please visit his website HERE and his deviantArt site HERE.
Let's Begin-- Open a 700 X 500 transparent canvas. Open the fence from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 50 %, Duplicate it and mirror it and make sure both of the fences are side by side. Open the 4 square frame from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas. Resize it by 80%. Grab your magic wand and while holding down your shift key, click inside each square. Go to Selections-modify-expand by 4, open a paper of choice from the kit, copy and paste it onto your canvas, go to Selections-Invert, hit your delete key. Selections-Select None. Move the paper layer below the frame layer. Grab your magic wand again and click inside the first square, Selections-modify-expand by 4, copy and paste your first tube or image of choice, resize down if needed, position inside the square, Selections-Invert, hit delete key. Move the tube/image layer below the frame layer. Change layer properties to luminance legacy and merge down the tube/image layer and the paper layer. Repeat the above step for the next 3 squares using a different tube/image from the same artist. Once you have finished that, add a drop shadow of 0,0,88,8 to the frame. Instead of telling you each step for each piece of foliage I used, I am just going to tell you to use the different foliage pieces from the kit, resize them down, add drop shadows and rotate in different directions until you get the look that you want behind the frame and images. Open the stitch from the kit, copy and paste onto your canvas, resize as needed, add drop shadow, place along the bottom of the frame. Open the label from the kit. Copy and paste it onto your canvas, Resize it down by 50%, add drop shadow, drag this layer below the stitch layer and place it along the right hand side. See my tag for reference. Add your name of text of choice on the tag. Add any other elements from the kit that you wish to use. I used a butterfly and a flower but you can use whatever you want to make it more unique. Crop and resize as needed. Add copyright information. Save as png.
